Balls
will go where they meet. If I were to kiss the 4 ball off
the 1
ball it would go in the right side of the corner pocket,
this is also a trick shot to make the 1 ball in the left
side of the same corner pocket. Shooting the 1 ball from
up table and hitting the left 1/2 of
it forces it to kiss off the 2 then the 4 and into the pocket...

The
aftermath of the trick shot mentioned above...

As
you can see the 1 ball is touching the 3 ball, where they
meet is where they will go with a medium-soft center ball
cb hit the 1 ball will go toward the chalk. It is possible
to force this 1 ball into the corner, this can be done two
ways, ie;
|
 |
1./
With center cb and lots of power. 2./ With draw...From this
position, hitting the left 1/2 of the 1 ball with draw and
power on the cb forces the 1 ball forward and through the
3 ball. The more draw and fuller the hit - the more the
1 ball will go forward and through the 3 ball...

Got
lucky with this pic of the above shot.
Hitting the left 1/2 of the 1 ball with low left (7 o'clock)
english on the cb has forced the 1 ball through the 3 ball
and into the corner pocket...
